Finance Admin Assistant
- 0-1 Years of Experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Accounting, finance, marketing, or similar business background
- Must be knowledgable of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Performing bank reconciliations, handling internal and external finanical paperwork, etc.
- Minimal data entry and processing on our accounting system.
- Assisting staff in arranging both internal and external events.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Answering incoming department calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Responding to email inquiries sent by clients.
- Performing other tasks required by the Finance Department.
Will report to the Head of Finance and Office Manager.

Fluent in English
Proficient in key areas of Litigation and Corporate Compliance
Fluent in English and Arabic
