Finance Admin Assistant

Requirements:

  • 0-1 Years of Experience
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Accounting, finance, marketing, or similar business background
  • Must be knowledgable of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

 

Job Description:

  • Performing bank reconciliations, handling internal and external finanical paperwork, etc.
  • Minimal data entry and processing on our accounting system.
  • Assisting staff in arranging both internal and external events.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Answering incoming department calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Responding to email inquiries sent by clients.
  • Performing other tasks required by the Finance Department.

Will report to the Head of Finance and Office Manager.

Experience 2 or 3 years

Fluent in English

Proficient in key areas of Litigation and Corporate Compliance

Fluent in English and Arabic
